The full reading — $19.99
One payment, one person.
It buys one person. A reading for your partner is a second reading at the same price. People most often assume it works the other way, so we say it here.
The compatibility reading — $9.99
One payment, one pair.
It stands on its own: you do not need either person's full reading first, and buying it does not include either person's own reading.
What you are buying
One report — the written reading of the chart you built.
When you pay, the reading opens on the page and downloads as a PDF. The PDF is the copy you keep. It is a file on your own device. The website is how we deliver it and where you can read it again; it is not somewhere we store your report for you.
Free, with no account
You can work out anybody's numbers here without paying and without signing up: the full chart, every number in it, and a short plain-English note on each one.
If that is all you wanted, stop there. There is nothing to cancel and we will not email you.
How you get back in
We do not make you create an account or remember a password.
When you pay, the reading opens straight away and we email it to you as a PDF. If you clear your browser, change laptop, or simply lose the tab, use the link in that email and everything comes back. If you have lost the email too, go to Get your reading back — put in the address you paid with and we will resend it.
Promotional codes
If you have a code, enter it at checkout. There is a "Have a code?" link next to the payment button — put the code in, and the discount is applied to the amount you are about to pay, before you pay it.
One code, one reading. A code applies to the single reading you are buying at that moment. It is not a balance, it does not carry over to your next reading, and only one code applies to a purchase.
If a code will not go through, the checkout says why rather than silently ignoring it.
Refunds
All sales are final. A reading is written and delivered the moment you pay, so please treat every purchase as final.
We can say that plainly because you never have to buy blind: a good part of every reading is free, on the same page, before you pay. Read that first — it is there so you know what you are buying.
If a reading does not reach you, we send it again rather than refund it. Go to Get your reading back, put in the address you paid with, and the reading comes straight back, at any hour, without anyone having to look at it by hand.
We do not refund because you disagreed with what a reading said, changed your mind, bought it for the wrong person, or lost the file afterwards.
If something has genuinely gone wrong on our side — charged twice, or charged and sent nothing — try Get your reading back first, which fixes almost every case on the spot. If it does not, write to support@ninenumbers.com and we will put it right. Those are the exceptions.
Nothing here removes a right your own country's consumer law gives you.
Save your PDF
Your reading downloads as a PDF. Please save it somewhere safe when you download it. That file is your copy of what you bought.
We are not a storage service. Get your reading back is there whenever you need it, but it depends on this site being here and the copy on your own device does not.
Currency and tax
Every price on this site is in US dollars. Your bank may convert it and may add its own fee — that part is between you and them, and we never see it.
Card details are handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. They never touch our servers and we could not store your card number if we wanted to.
Prices in the future
The prices on this page are the prices today, and they are what you pay if you buy today. We may change them. A change applies to new purchases only — we do not go back and charge more for something you have already bought.
