Why the email did not arrive

Almost every time, it is one of four things.

• It went to spam. Look there first. Mail from a name your provider has not seen before often lands there.
• The address had a typo. A single wrong character at checkout sends the reading somewhere else. Try the address you actually use, and try any others you might have typed.
• You paid with a different address. A card wallet or a phone keyboard sometimes fills in an older one.
• You are looking on a different device. Readings are tied to the address that paid, not to the browser. Use the box above and the link will come to you.

Keeping your reading

Your reading lives at the link we email you, and that link keeps working.

We still suggest you save the PDF somewhere of your own once you have it. Download it, and keep it where you keep things you want to hold on to. A file you own cannot be lost by a browser, a phone upgrade or a change of email address.

About refunds

All sales are final. Because a reading is delivered the moment it is bought and cannot be given back, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind.

There is one exception, and it is a real one. If you paid and never received your reading, that is on us. Use the box above first — it fixes it instantly in almost every case. If it genuinely does not, write to support@ninenumbers.com with the email address you paid with, and once we have checked the payment we will make sure you get what you bought.

Nothing on this page removes any right you have under the consumer law where you live.
