What this is

Nine Numbers is an entertainment website. It takes a name and a date of birth and produces a numerology reading — a piece of writing based on traditional systems of number symbolism.

We say this once, plainly, because it matters more than anything else on this page: numerology has no scientific basis, and a reading is not advice. Nothing here is medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and nothing here predicts the future. If a reading tells you something that sounds like a decision, the decision is still entirely yours, and you should take it the way you would take any other decision — on the evidence, and with a professional if the stakes are real.

The free part of the site sets out openly where these systems come from, where the traditions contradict each other, and why the readings feel accurate to almost everyone who reads them. We would rather you knew.

What you are buying

A personal reading is US$19.99. A compatibility reading is US$9.99. Both are one-off payments. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

What you get for that one payment is:

• the full written reading, unlocked on this site
• a designed PDF of it, which you download and keep

The PDF is the copy you keep. It is a file on your own device, and it does not depend on us. Please download it when you buy.

Reading it again on this site is a convenience, not the thing you bought. We keep it available while the site is running, but we do not promise a period of access, so the file is what to rely on.

Delivery

There is nothing to ship. The reading unlocks straight away, and we email you a link that opens it again later.

Keep that email. There is no account and no password, so that link is how you get back in if you clear your browser or change device. If you lose it, use "Already bought this?" on any locked panel and we will send it again to the address you paid with.

Email you get from us

Buying a reading signs you up to nothing. We will email you the reading itself, a link to open it again, and a receipt — that is the delivery of what you bought, not marketing, and there is no way to opt out of it without also giving up access to the reading.

Marketing email is a separate decision you make by joining the mailing list, and you can leave it in one click at any time. We do not add buyers to it automatically.

What a reading is, and is not

Nine Numbers is entertainment. A reading is a piece of writing produced from traditional numerological systems, and it is not advice — not medical, legal, financial, psychological or professional advice of any kind, and it must not be used in place of any of them.

Nothing in a reading is a prediction of what will happen, and nothing in it should be relied on to make a decision that matters. If something in a reading concerns you, please talk to a qualified professional rather than to us.

We make no promise that a reading is accurate, and none that it will be useful to you. What we do promise is that it is the reading our system produces for the details you gave, that it was written by people rather than generated on the spot, and that you will get exactly what the page said you were buying.

Refunds

All sales are final. Readings are not refundable.

A reading is written and delivered the moment you pay, and it cannot be returned once it has been read. Please treat every purchase as final.

We can say that plainly because you never have to buy blind. A good part of every reading is free, on the same page, before you pay. Read that first — it is there so that you know exactly what you are buying.

If a reading does not reach you, we deliver it. We do not refund it. Go to Get your reading back, type in the email address you paid with, and it will be sent straight away, without anyone needing to look at it by hand. That is the remedy for anything that did not arrive, and it works at any hour.

We do not refund because you disagreed with what a reading said, did not enjoy it, changed your mind, bought it for the wrong person, or lost the file afterwards.

In the rare case that something has genuinely gone wrong on our side — you were charged twice for the same thing, or charged and received nothing at all — try Get your reading back first, because it fixes almost every case on the spot. If it genuinely does not, write to support@ninenumbers.com with the address you paid with and we will put it right. Those are the exceptions, not the rule.

Nothing here removes a right that the consumer law of your own country gives you, where that law says otherwise.

Keeping your PDF

Please save your PDF when you download it, somewhere you will be able to find it again. That file is your copy of what you bought.

We are not a storage service. Get your reading back is there whenever you need it and it works at any hour, but it depends on this site being here. The copy on your own device does not.

Your part

Please do not republish, resell, or redistribute the readings. They were written for this site. Using them to train a machine-learning model is not permitted either.

You may print your PDF, keep it, and share it with the person it is about. That is what it is for.

Do not attempt to break the paywall, script the site, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.

Who is paid, and by whom

Payment is handled by Stripe, which is the merchant of record for your purchase. That means Stripe takes the payment, handles any sales tax or VAT due in your country, and sends you its own receipt. Your card details never reach us.

If your country's currency is not US dollars, Stripe may charge you in your own currency at its own rate. The amount you agree to on the payment page is the amount you pay.

What we promise, and what we do not

We will do our best to keep the site up, but we do not guarantee it will be available at every moment.

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you for anything connected with Nine Numbers is limited to what you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may change these terms. If a change affects a reading you have already bought, it does not apply to that purchase — the terms you bought under are the terms that hold.

Nine Numbers is operated from Singapore, and these terms are governed by Singapore law.
